Method of Entry |
1. Complete a Qualifying Transaction at a Crown Currency Exchange store. 2. Access the online "Travel Pulse" survey via the QR code on the receipt or the link in the transaction email. 3. Complete the survey and provide a valid Receipt Number. 4. Answer the Skill Question: "Why is having local cash essential for your next international adventure?" in 25 words or less. |

Judging Criteria |
This is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged by a panel on 20 April 2026 based on creativity, originality, and brand alignment. |

Terms & Conditions of Entry
Acceptance of Terms: Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of Entry.
Game of Skill: This is a game of skill. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on the creative merit of the answer provided to the Skill Question. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Redemption & Partner Requirement: The $10,000 Holiday Prize is strictly redeemable only by booking through Geelong Travel in a single transaction, a travel agent partner of Crown Currency Exchange. The winner will be introduced to Geelong Travel to facilitate the booking. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from the booking process with Geelong Travel. The prize cannot be redeemed through any other travel agency, online booking platform, or directly with airlines/hotels.
Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be used for an international destination. Any additional costs above the $10,000 value (including but not limited to insurance, additional spending money, or excess baggage) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Promotion Period: Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Publicity & Content Clause: As a condition of entering this Promotion, and specifically as a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity as requested by the Promoter.
- This includes, but is not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, and filmed during the prize-redemption process and the holiday itself.
- The winner expressly consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image (including photographs and videos), and any statements provided by them in any marketing, promotional, and publicity material worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Intellectual Property: All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants assign all rights, title, and interest in their entry (including the 25-word response) to the Promoter to be used for commercial and marketing purposes.
Marketing Consent: By entering, participants consent to join the "Royal Customer List" and receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Participants may opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the use of the prize.
Privacy: The collection and disclosure of personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
