Lunar New Year Promotion - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The promotion is open to customers who exchange Asian currencies with a transaction value of $1000 AUD or more in a single transaction. Customers must provide a valid email address at the time of the transaction to qualify. 

Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 21st January 2025 to 31st January 2025. Transactions made outside this period are not eligible for the offer. 
Voucher Details: Customers will receive a $20 cashback voucher via email within 24 hours of their qualifying transaction. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Voucher Redemption: The voucher can only be redeemed in-store at any Crown Currency Exchange location. To redeem the voucher, customers must present the email containing the voucher code at the time of their next transaction.

Limitations: The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher can only be applied to a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple transactions. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Verification: Crown Currency Exchange reserves the right to verify the identity of the customer and the validity of the transaction before issuing or redeeming the voucher.

Changes and Termination: Crown Currency Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the Crown Currency Exchange website.

Privacy: By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the collection and use of their email address for the purpose of administering the promotion and receiving the cashback voucher. For more information, please refer to Crown Currency Exchange’s Privacy Policy.

Liability: Crown Currency Exchange is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers. Crown Currency Exchange is not liable for any technical errors or failures that may prevent customers from participating in the promotion or redeeming the voucher.
