Crown Currency Exchange Toowoomba Travel Expo Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter -The promoter of this competition is Crown Currency Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 62 010 014 392) (the “Promoter”).

2. Competition Period - The competition begins and ends on Sunday the 20th of July 2025 (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility - Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter To enter the competition, participants must:

a. Attend the Crown Currency Exchange booth at [event name].
b. Scan the QR code provided.
c. Complete the registration form (including name, email, phone, company, and travel preferences).
d. Participate in a game of skill as instructed at the booth.

Entries are limited to one per person.

5. Prize - The prize is a $250 Crown Currency Exchange foreign cash voucher (the “Prize”). All entrants will receive a VIP Platinum Exchange Rates Card, valid for transactions over $500.

6. Prize Conditions - The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services. The Prize must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or other costs associated with claiming or using the Prize.

7. Winner Selection - The winner will be selected based on their performance in the game of skill, as judged by representatives of the Promoter. The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification - The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next best entry.

9. General Conditions - The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or any technical issues that may occur. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

10. Privacy - By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Crown Currency Exchanges privacy policy.

11. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the competition or the Prize.

12. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria in Australia.
