Store Launch Promotion - $5K Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

Promotion: Be One of Our First 1,000 Customers to Win $5,000

Promoter: Crown Currency Exchange

Promotion Period: The promotion starts on the official opening date of the participating new store locations and ends once the stores have served the 1,000th unique customer transaction, or on 28 February 2026, whichever comes first.

Participating Stores: Tuggerah, Erina Fair and Midland Gate. Each store is part of the combined competition.

Entry: Entry is automatic upon completion of a unique, paid transaction at one of the participating new stores during the Promotion Period and a successful opt in to Crown Currency Exchange marketing communications. 

Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

Unique Customer: Only the first transaction per unique customer will be counted as an entry towards the 'First 1,000' limit.

Prize: There is one (1) major prize of $5,000 AUD (collected in person in cash) to be won as part of this combined three store promotion. 

Winner Selection: The winner for each store will be drawn randomly from the eligible pool of the first 1,000 unique customer transactions recorded at that specific store.

Publicity and Marketing Consent: By accepting the prize, the winner expressly consents to the use of their name, likeness, image (including photographs and videos), and any commentary or statement provided by them, in any marketing, promotional, and publicity material related to the competition and Crown Currency Exchange across all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Draw Date: The draw will take place within 5 business days of the first 1000 customers or on 5th of March whichever comes first.

Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their transaction/account within two (2) business days of the draw.
